old sayings becoming real

i’ve had recent experiences of old sayings becoming real.
for example i’m sure we have all heard the phrase ” i feel it in my bones”. well a couple of mornings ago i was lying in bed and i could feel pain in the bones of my right shoulder. and i could feel energy leaving those bones. it was as tho each inhale suctioned energy out of the bones and each exhale released that energy.
then yesterday for the first time ever i felt myself “in my heart”. literally. i guess what i felt is my consciousness inside my physical heart. and i thought of sayings which encourage us to drop into our heart or come from the heart. but i sense that previously i have held a mental concept of what coming from the heart means.
